Terms and Conditions (T&C) serve as a legally binding agreement between our business and users. By using our service, you agree to these terms. We welcome everyone to use our service and website without discrimination. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure if applicable and must refrain from prohibited activities such as illegal actions, harassment, spamming, hacking, or infringing on intellectual property. There are no subscriptions, payment plans, or refunds. Any disputes will be addressed between Caleb, the house owner, and the involved party.
Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide our clients with high quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so we have to establish the following cancellation policy to ensure all appointments are utilized and everyone's time is respected.
At the time of booking your appointment you will be asked to pay a deposit that will be credited towards your appointment fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule this must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
If you cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be refunded or put towards your new appointment.
If you provide a notice less than 24 hours, then your deposit will be kept as the cancellation fee.
